Shona Olalere Oluwatola

Shona Olalere Oluwatola is a Doctoral fellow and assistant policy researcher at RAND Corporation. She obtained an Msc in Policy Analysis and Global Governance with (with distinction) from the university of the West of Scotland, a Master of Art in International Studies from Bowen University. She is also certified in Public Policy by Virginia University, in Policy Analysis by International Public Policy Association (IPPA), and in Global Diplomacy by the University of London.
